A reconstruction of the traditional royal residence of Rwanda's pre-colonial kings, alongside King Mutara III Rudahigwa's 1930s Belgian-built palace next door. The visit includes a guided tour of both buildings and the chance to watch the keepers sing to the palace's long-horned Inyambo cattle, descendants of the royal herd.
