Amaltas The View is a vertical-living serviced apartment building on a hilltop in Kigali's Nyarutarama neighbourhood, about 15 minutes from Kigali International Airport. It offers fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments finished with Italian-designed cabinetry, wide glazed windows and spacious balconies that look out over the city's hills. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and an integrated washer-dryer, and the building is marketed under both its developer brand (Amaltas Properties) and as a bookable 'bespoke hotel apartment' on travel sites. A swimming pool, gym and spa are planned as future additions.
